Who is responsible

Teknology, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 17231275 and based at Gorterplaats 26a, 6531 HZ Nijmegen, the Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.

This statement covers teknology.nl only. The brands under the Teknology roof run their own websites with their own privacy statements.

What we process

This website processes two kinds of data.

• Contact form: the details you enter yourself, such as your name, your email address and the content of your message.
• Server logs: your IP address, the address requested, the time and your browser type. These are recorded automatically by our web server.

What we use it for

We use contact form data solely to answer your question and, where there is reason to, to stay in touch with you about that subject. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

We use server logs to keep the site running, to trace faults and to prevent abuse.

Legal basis

We process contact details on the basis of your request to be contacted and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to questions about our services. We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working site.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own and runs no visitor analytics.

We do load typefaces through Google Fonts, which means your browser passes your IP address to Google. The contact form is provided by an external party that receives your message on our behalf and forwards it to us; that party processes the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your question, and for up to two years afterwards so we can look up earlier correspondence. We keep server logs for up to twelve months.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data.

• Access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of data that is wrong.
• Erasure of your data.
• Restriction of processing, and objection to processing.
• Transfer of your data to you or to another party.

We may revise this statement when the website or the law gives cause to. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
